Bronze in Swedish Championship Final!

Swedish Championship Final, Avesta 2017-07-01

For the fouth time in a row, Kim qualified him self for the final heat in the Swedish Championship Final! And for the third time in a row, he collected a medal.

This year, the Swedish Championship Final was at Kim's home track in elitserien, Avesta. And Kim showed his experience on the track several of times. In his second heat, he was chasing Pontus Aspgren the whole lap. And in the last corner, Kim passed Pontus. In his third heat, he did the same thing with Jacob Thorssell!

Kim got the fourth place in the qualification round with 11 points. And by that, he had to ride a last qualification heat before the final heat. Only the winner in that heat qualified for the final heat. Kim chosed the red gate - and won the heat comfortable. 

In the final heat, Kim had to gate from yellow - the worst gate of the evening. But he got a good start and was before Linus Sundström in the first corner. Then, Kim and Linus had a hard fight for the bronze medal. On the last lap, Kim passed Linus and closed the door.
